Engineering Procurement/ Engineering Administrator / Engineering Store Controller / Engineering Planner 

My client a successful fast paced food manufacture are seeking an Engineering Stores Coordinator / Administrator to efficiently organise and manage the engineering stores.

The Role

- You will ensure the business has relevant stores of spare parts

- Manage consignment stock with suppliers

- Match invoice to price files

- Confirm and chase orders

- Weekly monthly and yearly stock takes

- Provide excellent service to both internal staff and external suppliers

- Ensure PPM's and works orders are completed


- Computer literate

- Work with spreadsheets

- Hold a basic understanding of engineering (ideally)

- High level of organisational skills

- Strong Excel and Word Skills

- Experience working within a procurement / purchasing role

Hours of work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

31 days annual leave plus Christmas Day and New Years Day
