Being the experienced Hygiene supervisor/leader/assistant manager that you are, you'll know all about how to keep the factory clean and sparkly. Your man-management leadership skills will need to be razor sharp, as you'll be responsible for a team of operatives and middle management supervisor.
Chilled manufacturing experience would boost your chances, however it's not essential!
