This is an excellent opportunity to join the Operations team within a successful and well-respected Fresh Produce Business who are committed to supplying an excellent standard of product.



They are looking for a proactive, adaptive and hands-on Production Manager wiling to lead and oversee a busy packhouse facility.



To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced Production / Operations Manager coming from the fresh produce or food manufacturing environment.



You will play a vital role in the Operations Management team, being committed to promoting and driving a safe working culture, managing the standards, being the dedicated provision on site driving the safety culture and best practice, including behavioural aspects of Health & Safety, Operations and Continuous Improvement.



It goes without saying, you will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to plan and manage your work load accordingly.
