They are looking for a graduate who is driven, willing to learn, and can hit the ground running.

This role will allow you to:

• Gain full training, under the supervision of highly trained NPD managers.
• Shadow senior management and have direct communication with multiple retailers.
• Work within an expanding NPD team who value internal promotion.
• Develop new products, from concept to launch, to be supplied to all major retailers.
