Our client is clear leader in its sector within fresh produce, who due to further expansion are now looking for looking for a talented trader with a combination of exceptional buying and selling skills to join their team.
You will have a sound background in fresh produce trading with a clear track record of delivering to the bottom line. You must be able to manage the costs so as to maximise the trading margin ultimately to meet your profit targets.
Reporting in to the Managing Director you will be tasked with the development of new accounts as well as procuring new sources will be a key part of this role in supplying the processing, food service and catering sectors.

The Salary is entirely negotiable upon experience but is likely to be a strong basic salary + benefits+ performance bonus.
