A days based role based in picturesque North East Lincolnshire. This is an ideal role for a Mechanical Engineer seeking a days based role.
Client Details
Our client our a large FMCG manufacturing business with multiple plants throughout the UK.
Description
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive maintenance function covering plant, equipment and auxiliary services and will continuously strive to improve asset performance by engaging in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Maintain Production Machinery
- Plan Preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain machine spare parts
- Advise on technical issues
- Support CI activities
- Respond quickly to machine breakdowns
Profile
The successful candidate will have a range of the following:
*Experience working in fast paced manufacturing in a maintenance based role
*Completed engineering apprenticeship or similar
*Ideally mechanically bias with an element of multiskilling - additional training provided
