Are you a multi-skilled engineer looking for a new and exciting role?
Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual with recent experience in the food industry?
Today's your lucky day as a door has been swung open for a time-served, electrically biased engineer to walk into a market leading company situated in Nottinghamshire. Our client is thriving, supplying their delicious range of products to major retailers throughout the UK. With business booming, they are looking to develop and strengthen their vibrant engineering team.
Working a days and nights shift pattern and reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be held responsible for maintaining all equipment in the factory by effectively attending electrical and mechanical breakdowns. In addition to this, you must carry out planned preventative maintenance to the prescribed schedule to ensure production is at full capacity. PLC knowledge is also advantageous for this position.
Essentially, you will hold relevant electrical and mechanical qualifications as well as having a strong background in packaging/food manufacturing. You will be reliable, organised and capable of working effectively as part of a team and autonomously.
If you think you've got what it takes to walk through that door then please don't hesitate to contact me as I'd really like to hear from you.
I work around the clock and not the normal 9am - 5pm. Drop me a call after work or before your shift starts, happy to be flexible to guarantee we can help your find your perfect next role.
