Are you are Food Manufacturing professional with a proven track record in driving Continuous Improvement projects?

We have a rare opportunity to lead a high profile Operational Improvement Programme across a diverse supply base in the food industry. The key focus is implementing continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiencies through the end to end supply chain. You'll be given a free rein here to take ownership of the programme and through influencing and engaging with internal and external stakeholders, deliver significant results.

You are likely to have extensive, broad operational experience within the UK Food Manufacturing industry. You may have operated in a specialist Lean / CI role along with having hands-on experience in a production environment. Exposure across a range of product categories and manufacturing environments would be ideal here.

Day to day you'll be out in the supply base, engaging with the site teams in identifying opportunities to unlock financial benefits at any point in the supply chain. You'll therefore need a thorough understanding of the functional side of running a food manufacturing site along with the ability to get others on board with the programme agenda. The role's main base is London and here you'll engage with internal stakeholders and challenge where necessary. You'll need to be highly motivated, credible and passionate about what you do.
