This Regional Supply Planner role will enable accurate and commercially-minded allocations and stock management to ensure all demand and target stock levels are met.

My market-leading client based in Cambridgeshire have experienced growth and expansion into new markets over the last number of years. They pride themselves on their product, originality, histroy and authenticity. They manufacture on-site and supply into a number of industries including retail.

Description

As Regional Supply Planner you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Ensure channel and DC stock levels are managed to meet demand and maximise sales, by ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time.
  • Manage availability of all SKUs across the business through accurate and commercial stock management and allocations. Identify future availability risks and work with relevant internal teams to recover products OOS or with upcoming availability risks.


  • Develop and execute replenishment plans to maintain service and inventory levels. Ensure all product and seasonal launches arrive OTIF across all channels including the DC and selling partners; working to achieve this with all relevant stakeholders.


  • Regularly review performance against KPIs and business plans, ensuring a continuous improvement approach to all activity. Regularly review stock levels and BBE to minimise pockets of stock and reduce BBE cost and risk across the business.




  • Profile

    The successful candidate for the Regional Supply Planner will have good knowledge of supply chain (ideally consumer/FMCG), strong attention to detail and have experience of working in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

    You will have intermediate/advanced excel skills and a good understanding of stock and availability management.

    You will be a pro-active self-starter with a positive attitude and have passion, energy and aspiration. You will have strong self-awareness, communication and interpersonal skills alongside a customer-approach.
