The job

As Strawberry Grower, you will deliver and improve on yield and productivity targets, without compromising quality, whilst adding value and support to the processes around strawberry production.

You will support the Business Manager in delivering and maximising high quality crops all year round, managing irrigation, pest, disease and biological activities, controlling glasshouse conditions, setting clear strategies for crop growth and regularly monitoring crop health.

Your experience

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in agronomy, horticulture or food production and possess commercial soft fruit growing experience. You will have the knowledge and confidence to make independent decisions on a day to day basis, be computer literate and be able to work both individually and in a team. Knowledge of PRIVA and FACTS is also an advantage.
