Sales & Marketing Manager

My client is a Fast-growing UK based gluten free cereals manufacturing and branding business based close to London. They are currently looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join their business.

Responsibilities include:

• Full sales and distribution responsibility for UK Sales with Supermarkets (TESCO, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Waitrose, M&S, COOP, Morrison’s & Discounters like ALDI, Iceland etc.);
• Full Sales and distribution responsibility with Holland & Barrett’s, Abel & Cole
• Target annual sales in excess of to £3Mn with these super-markets and health stores within UK
• Contribute towards new product development, annual marketing plans and spends, attendance to global trade fairs, events etc
• Part of leadership team involved in branding, business decisions, field sales, trade accounts etc.
• Manage receivables from the customers behind strong relationship with these service accounts
• Promote the brand amongst Health and wellness accounts including the gyms, health stores etc.

Key requirements:

• Experienced in sales in the Consumer Goods/ FMCG industry.
• A high energy individual with the ability to lead people.
• A positive person who is people orientated and willing to ‘have a go’.
• A sharp and commercially minded individual who is great with numbers.
• Minimum 10 years of FMCG sales and marketing experience.
• Relationship and connection with key supermarket customers.
• Experience in branding and marketing for a mid-size FMCG brands.

Excellent salary and bonus.

Indicative Salary Range: £38000 - 40000 + bonus - up to 100% of salary
