The Role
Driving the stage gate innovation process and delivering projects to agreed timelines and budgets. Within depth knowledge of the NPD process and food safety, you will take an active part in the ideation stage of any strategic planning in the innovation process, leading culinary and process based ideation sessions for customers. Leading technical discussions and offering consumer insights to your team on a regular basis will be key, and offering positive continuous improvement suggestions. You will communicate significant changes or delays to the team and ensure all departments are clear on requirements for each step of the launch process.
- Degree qualified in Food Science or Technology
- Project and critical path management experience
- Knowledge of functional ingredients
- Experience of working in stage gate process
- Some technical and regulatory experience
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility for some travel
