Your role
You will support the Operational Excellence Coordinator to embed and deploy various Operational Excellence tools and techniques enabling the change of culture and mindset to improve site performance. Support overall Operational Excellence improvement programme and participate in improvement projects. Providing data analysis to identify priorities for improvement.
What you’ll need
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (PDCA)
- Strong data manipulation experience through Microsoft packages
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage people within a changing environment
- An excellent communicator; able to liaise with varying stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
- Good financial acumen
- Self-motivated: willing to challenge and confront issues/people in a constructive manner.
- Ability to work on won initiative.
- Accuracy and experience of maintaining records.
- Creative – willing to suggest new systems / improvements to existing processes.
