We're looking for an Engineering Leader on behalf of a food manufacturing company based in Norfolk, the main focus of the role will be on PPM planning, Continuous Improvement and people development. This is an opportunity to work for a company with a strong people focus, they continually invest into both their business and their employees, providing you with the opportunity to make a difference and to have an immediate impact, whilst being recognised and rewarded for your talent and achievements.

This role would ideally suit an experienced Engineering Supervisor or Maintenance Manager. Experience of people and systems development within an engineering leader position are essential. FMCG experience desirable although not essential. Above all you will need a positive approach with a passion for making improvements.
