This family run business has a true passion for fresh produce. With over three generations of expert knowledge. They are very established and have strived to be the best and are wanting to strengthen the team with a Learning & Development Officer.

About the Job:
You will manage the coordination and full administration process of a range of learning and development programmes for the business.
You will create, design and deliver in-house statutory, mandatory and development bitesize training modules for existing and new managers/colleagues.
Engage with key stakeholders and provide coaching and create personal development objectives for managers.
Keep up to date with current trends on training practice and methodologies and make recommendations for the L&D Strategy.

The Ideal Candidate:
You will need to be a self-starter with a hands-on, tenacious, pragmatic approach.
Capable of building effective relationships throughout the organisation internally and externally at various levels including senior management.
Extremely well-organised, methodical and efficient with strong project management skills, talented in Microsoft Office suite applications.
Well established and proven experience in designing, delivering and evaluating innovative learning, development and training interventions is essential preferably within a FMCG environment.
Experience in facilitating group L&D interventions is essential.
Educated up to degree level or equivalent with HR/L&D or professional certification or qualifications.
