Commercial Manager - Progression to Controller
Are you a highest calibre NAM or SNAM who is looking to move into a Controller Level role but are not getting the chance in your current business?
We need someone who has the potential to reach director level for this blue chip food manufacturer.
You will manage a very high profile and big brand international account, it is growing YOY in double digit growth and they provide innovative and bespoke products to them so there is ongoing scope to keep growing and developing the account.
This is a senior and strategic role within the business managing the largest customer, and the successful candidate will be trusted to lead, grow and galvanise a cross functional team across R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing and Quality.
The company believe they can develop and grow new and existing categories and they want to elevate their relationship with the customer to be more strategic.
- Ideally coming from a “blue chip” background dealing with Top Four Retailers.
- Experienced in leading cross functional teams across various commercial projects.
- Proven track record in growing existing major retail partnerships.
- Must be on an upward trajectory with at least 2 potential moves in you.
