Our client, are a well-known food business who supply to major retailers and restaurants. A position has arisen for an HR Assistant/Advisor to join the team in Greenford.


The Role:

  • Manage all HR administration duties for the site
  • Liaise with payroll
  • Recruitment for all hourly paid roles
  • Supporting managers in employee relations matters
  • Compiling reports and analysing information
     

The Candidate:

  • Previous HR experience required (ideally within the food industry)
  • Superb communication skills
  • Driving licence and car is preferred as travel to another site is required
  • CIPD/HR Degree is an advantage
  • HR systems knowledge
