QA Auditor x 2 - Night Shift, FTC, Food, Lincolnshire

Excellent opportunity to work for a growing chilled food manufacturing business in their Technical team on the night shift.

My client is a highly successful food manufacturing business supplying one of the major retailers with high-end short shelf life chilled products.

Due to an increase in workload my client requires two Quality Auditors on nights - 4 on 4 off 6pm - 6am

The role is paying £21,500 + 4,300 shift allowance

This is a three-month fixed term contract role to start ASAP

To apply you must have worked within the Technical function of a food manufacturing business, have experience of logging micro samples and carrying out factory audits - CCP's, Traceability, Hygiene, Ancillary, Allergen, Fabrication, Foreign Body, Internal, Glass and GMP Audits.

You will be responsible for applying the business Quality Standards ensuring company. Ensure customer and legislative requirements are met and maintained by setting standards. You will also monitor good manufacturing practices, applying HACCP principles and preventing re-occurrence of non-conformance against these standards.

To apply you must :

• Be computer literate
• Be confident with strong decision-making skills
• Be able to liaise with senior management
• Have a good understanding of food principles including HACCP
• Be able to work under pressure and in a team under minimal supervision
• Be flexible - in line with the company needs and cover for other staff when required
