I am looking for an Engineering Team Leader to join a well established FMCG company.

This is a hands on role in which you will be responsible for a small team of engineers working towards maximum productivity. You will lead the team and be first point of contact for anything engineering related. You will be respsonsible for ensuring planned maintenance activity is completed in a timely manner. You will report all engineering activity to the Engineering Manager as well as other departments. You will work on training and developing your own skills as well as your team.

You will need experience in a similar role and within a fast paced environment. Ideally you will be electrically biased and familiar with PLC controls. You will be apprentice trained and have relevant qualifications.
