Job Details
A leading supplier of fresh produce is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to support their technical team as the businesses continues to grow.
The Job:
As Senior Product Manager you would be working out of a modern and advanced packing unit to manage the fruit from the moment it arrives on site to the moment it leaves.
This means that you will be covering a variety of duties such as reviewing the quality of the fruit in stock, undertaking daily site walks to ensure that all areas under you are working the correct standard and developing processes to guarantee that KPIs are met.
You will also attend senior management meetings and take an active involvement in the development and management of staff.
The Candidate:
Due to the senior level of this job, it is essential that you have worked with fresh produce.
A driving licence is also essential.
Strong written and verbal communication is a must.
Team management skills are also required.
