Paradox: a person or thing that combines contradictory features or qualities. Find out why this company fits this description for all the best reasons
Most companies fall into one of two categories:
1) SME - A small business, family owned/run. Great for agile and adaptive decision making and outmaneuvering larger, slower companies. The drawbacks here usually come from lack of financial clout and investment in equipment/training/procedures.
2) Large corporates. Good for adopting high standards and equipment but usual complaints cover long decision making processes and feelings you are just a number.
So what if you could combine the benefits of 1) & 2) to create the perfect business Paradox? A large, financially secure business that reinvests 75% of its profits back into its sites with world renowned standards and products but also a culture that is unashamedly like no other and others huge autonomy and freedom to its employees.
You may think it sounds good. You would be right - it regularly ranks highly in independent reports for recommended places to work.
