We are currently working with a company who are truly in their ascendency having experienced incredible growth over the last few years within fresh food. They currently have a requirement for an experienced National Account Manager to work with 2 of their key retailer accounts. They have achieved great results with both of these customers and are looking for someone who can continue this development. The Job:
You will be working closely with the Sales Director to ensure you have the full support to progress your accounts.
You will be responsible for negotiating customer pricing and tenders, aiming for win win scenarios
It is important to keep a close eye on the rest of the retail market to understand developments as they happen.
You will be the customer champion internally, ensuring your voice is heard and the accounts are serviced appropriately. The Candidate:
You will have previous experience of working within retail account management ideally within fresh produce, but definitely within a fast moving food category.
Attitude is crucial. You will need to be a team player and be willing to step outside of your job description should the need arise.
It goes without saying, but strong written and verbal communication is crucial.
