Here at Focus we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

If you are Cheshire-based and looking to get a better work-life balance, we could be the answer for you. Whilst we all work hard, we have a grown-up approach to work, with many of our consultants working flexibly and around their other commitments. If you are self-motivated and able to manage your own desk effectively, we can offer a mature environment to succeed in. We don't micro-manage or focus on KPIs. We care about achieving billing targets and providing the right support to help everyone do so.

You would initially be focused on roles in food manufacturing at salaries of around £30k-£60k; handling your own projects and working on joint projects with colleagues. We work on both contingency and retained projects for start-ups, SMEs and major PLC players. You'll develop new business through our extensive network and through referrals and recommendation - having been successful in our sector for 30 years we have developed a great reputation in it.

Whilst experience in our sector would be a bonus, many of our successful consultants come from other backgrounds such as HR, Sales or Hospitality. Most important is having energy and the tenacity to see projects through to a successful conclusion for our clients.

We offer competitive basic salaries, obviously a commission scheme, car allowance, above average pension, health plan, 25 days holiday plus your birthday off.
