This well-known organisation acts as the voice of the UK food and drink industry - the largest manufacturing sector in the country. Working in partnership with global brands and thriving small businesses, you will ensure food is safe, affordable and nutritious, keeping consumers informed and ultimately up to date with current related.

The business now seeks to recruit a Sector Regulatory & Technical Executive to support members in a range of technical and regulatory industry related agenda. This role will involve drafting and circulating daily media monitoring emails, organising, attending and drafting minutes of relevant internal and external meetings, whilst providing updates and representing the interests of the sector. This will also involve tracking changes to regulations relevant to the sector and communicate these to members in a timely and appropriate manner, including collecting, analysing and presenting data in response to Government Consultations.

A food related graduate you will possess industry knowledge of regulatory and technical issues affecting the food and drink industry. A self-starter with first class interpersonal skills and an ability to build and sustain a range of working relationships, the successful candidate will need to display a willingness to learn and take responsibility for projects and analyse legislative documents. Excellent communications skills are essential, as are solid IT and administration skills.
