You will help a site that is good, but recent changes in ownership mean there is plenty of positive change. Performance can improve certainly, but there is a great culture on site they want you to encourage not stymie.

Our client is a highly valued contributor to the food sector for the UK. Think of all the key customers that you would like to have secure contracts with and this parent business has them. Investment is high, customer satisfaction is positive and profit levels are in the black.

You are a capable and talented manager who understands the intricacies involved in managing a fast-paced food manufacturing factory. Keeping your staff happy and productive is no small thing, but your personality and drive - and the ability to make yourself heard by all levels within the site - contribute to making you one of the best.

Reporting to the Site MD, this will be a highly visible role and you will be a part of an extremely professional, high achieving, senior management team, all with the same goals with this site that is undergoing a lot of change.
