Shift Engineer for a reputable food manufacturer with exciting growth plans as they maintain to be the market leader in there field!
My client is a market leading, multi sited business who continues to strive for excellence and invest in the business at this exciting time of growth.

As a Shift Engineer you will work closely with the maintenance team making sure all tasks are completed in a timely manner whilst maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
You will be a Multi skilled engineer and ideally have experience in a similar role within the FMCG / Food Manufacturing sector. Precision in your work is key, you must be able to work autonomously as well as part of the team.
You will be competent with breakdowns, line maintenance / PPM planning maintenance and have a good understanding of both mechanical and electrical skills in busy environments. Ideally you will be experienced working with Pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, valves, gearboxes, pumps, food machinery, PLCs, mixers etc.
Lastly you will have a real passion for healthy, world class products and have the drive to continuously improve the maintenance team, you will have great communication skill and be open minded to coaching. This is a great opportunity that can offer you training and development and the opportunity to progress for the ambitious individuals.
