Description

To maximise the performance of the operation by direction, setting standards and auditing the operation on daily, weekly and monthly activities. Providing support, motivation, training and development of the workforce, executing against customer requirements and operational performance. This role will involve the maintenance of the routine site quality management systems (QMS) including the continuous improvement of the QMS to meet all internal, customer, BRC and third party accreditation requirements inclusive of forthcoming updates. With product safety and quality as the main drivers in this role they will champion quality across the site. To control all areas relative to product safety and quality in compliance with customer and legal requirements within the constraints of an agreed budget

Profile

Food manufacturing experience

BRC/HACCP level 3

Ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally

Intermediate Food Hygiene/auditing







Job Offer

£40,000 basic salary

10% bonus
