Job Details
We are working with a grower packer of fresh produce you are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Control Team Leader. You will be responsible for leading the QC team and ensuring product is packed to customer specifications.
The Job:
Lead, support and develop a team of Quality Controllers.
Lead and organise day-to-day activities for the QC team.
Oversee quality in production.
Carry out site audits.
Investigate customer complaints.
Deputise for the Technical Manager when not on site.
The Candidate:
You must have previous experience working in fresh produce within a similar role.
Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, Food safety & HSE.
Good communication skills
Experience of leading a team.
