The Role

As an instrumental member of this growing team you’ll be responsible for the successful launch of new product ranges after customer concept approval. You’ll be organising all elements of the factory trials, working closely with key customers to assess factory capabilities and ensure products are produced to the highest quality and efficiency standards in line with the critical path.

You’ll engage with key stakeholders across site to ensure the seamless delivery of the Development process, regularly attending NPD and handover meetings to discuss relevant projects and communicate any issues. Additionally you will support with product launches and customer face on site where necessary.

The Person

Suit a Degree educated, ambitious and driven Process Technologist who is looking to further their career with a continually growing chilled food business. Experience of working within a high risk food manufacturing environment is essential, along with Level 3 Food Hygiene & Level 3 HACCP. You’ll also need to have a strong understanding of the technical aspects of food development and production along with experience of successfully working with customers to ensure product quality and safety is at its highest. Excellent project management, communication and influencing skills coupled with a keen eye for detail are also essential for this fast paced role.
