Managing a small administration team, you will be a strong leader with the ability to coach, develop and bring out the best in people. Identifying the needs of your team listening and taking on board ideas will play a key part in the management role.

As part of the role, you will be working towards streamlining the current order processes, improving the accuracy of the daily/weekly forecasts whilst being involved in the management across four department. Safe to say you will be a vital part of this organisation and play a pivotal part in its continued success
