- Working under GMP and food standards, working within the quality management system.
- Evaluate incoming goods after booking-in to ensure that they comply with specifications, and GMP requirements.
- To sample products to appropriate SOPs and GMP requirements.
- To liaise with suppliers to obtain more documentation or information as required.
- Carrying out routine and random production (manufacturing and packing) checks
- Inspecting product for defects
- Suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Working as part of a team to ensure quality standards expected of the company are met.
