I'm recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to join an industry leading consumer brand based in the Brighton area.

This role will manage the customer supply chain and operations inluding all forecasting, continuous improvement, S&OP, purchasing, inventory and customer service.

Description

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the following:



Managing end to end Supply Chain and working collaboratively with customers

Monitoring progress and coordinating timely production and delivery to customers

Contributing to the development and implementation of improved processes and systems

Forecasting and leading a robust S&OP process

Liaising with quality and compliance teams in UK

Customer ordering and stock taking

NPD and product launches

Far East sourcing of products

Profile

The desired candidate must have a proven track record in leading teams within a complex environment, successfully delivering a robust supply chain operation and working collaboratively with customers.

Given this role will manage a sizeable team, you must demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.

The Supply Chain Manager must possess the ability to negotiate and influence effectively with both internal and external stake holders.

You must be commercially astute and able to work in a complex environment.



Job Offer

£60000 - £70000 basic salary
