The Role:

Management of the Butchery and Foodservice/Production areas Ensuring high standards of product and service Daily interaction with customers – both walk-in and restaurant/foodservice customers Staff management responsibility for around 20 staff Regular contact with the company owners and Director’s Ability to assist operationally as required The Candidate:

An experienced Butcher or Production Supervisor from the food manufacturing industry A capable Manager of staff Strong communication skills – adaptable to suit varied audiences A forward-thinking and ambitious candidate Flexible and committed to career development Capable IT systems user What’s on offer?
