Well, potentially yes, there is an aspect that won't be to everyone's taste. To acknowledge the white elephant in the room, some may have a reservation over the shift pattern. However, it might be you wouldn't want to consider it long term but could consider it if it might working in a great facility that would give you better longer term career potential. This position will see you lead two teams totalling 150 people in two separate areas via 4 direct reports with plenty of autonomy. While the business is already performing well with excellent ethical standards, you will want to constantly look for ways of improving the processes and systems.

This role will be one of the most senior members of staff on site during shift and is a great role for someone looking for freedom and autonomy in a role. You will be leading a large team so someone who has worked in a production management role in a food manufacturing environment will be well suited to this role.
