We are looking for a Training Manager who can design and deliver an engaging, interactive and bespoke training package for the Production workforce of this food manufacturer.
Is a leading manufacturer supplying to a wide range of customers in retail and food service. The company is successful and forward looking with an expanding, continuously developing product range, reflecting the business objectives and the dynamic nature of the market.
Responsible for developing and implementing the factory's technical and operational training plans, making sure they are effective for training new staff and developing the required skills in existing workforce to meet the needs of the business as it changes and develops.
The training manager will create, maintain and improve the training matrix and programs. They will also in conjunction with Operations and Technical write and amend SOP's and training material.
To ensure all training is carried out in line with legislative, site, customer standards, compliance and ensuring that the training is effective.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will be passionate, confident, enthusiastic and full of drive and energy to implement our client's training strategy. We need someone who is creative and can really add value to our client's successful, fast moving company.
You will ideally have a proven track record of implementing a training strategy within a food or drink manufacturing environment.
