The role is operating on a Monday to Friday basis.
The site have ambitious plans and you will be a key player in ensuring these are brought to a head. Working with house hold name brands you will be working with premium customers and will take pride in meeting as well as exceeding their expectations.
You will take by a lead by example approach and be a natural motivator and leader. You will be hands on as you guide your team and enjoy training as there is a large emphasis and value placed on multiskilling all employees across site.
Previous experience in a leadership is essential and you will be able to demonstrate previous examples of success. It is also crucial that you have experience working within a food or drinks manufacturing environment.
