Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the QMS and FSMS for the region, by auditing suppliers and contract manufacturers, investigating complaints and supporting the QMS Director in their role.

Description

The key responsibilities of the QMS Coordinator:
  • Manage consumer complaints and non-conformance procedures
  • Ensure appropriate document control procedures are in place
  • Conduct internal audits for the Quality department
  • Analyse data, interpreting and then reporting as requested (external lab analysis, NPD data and quality metrics)
  • Documenting and implementing SOPs
  • Improve the QMS in line with the QMS Director




Profile

The ideal QMS Co-ordinator will:
  • Be degree educated in a science degree
  • Experience working within the quality function of a food and beverage organisation
  • Experience of managing a QMS/FSMS
  • Experience of non-conformance and incident management
  • Experience of QMS auditing
  • Experience with lean six sigma
  • HACCP Level 4 qualified
  • Auditor experience
