Our client an award winning multi-site FMCG manufacturer seeking to recruit a dynamic Operations Manager to join their team. 

DUTIES – Operations Manager

Operational responsibility for a fast paced food manufacturing site, driving efficient delivery whilst ensuring safety and quality on site.
Demonstrating strong leadership skills, ensuring that the team have measurable objectives, regular reviews of performance and the opportunities to develop skills and careers leading to a culture of growth, high performance and continuous improvement.
Management of capital projects and manufacturing improvement systems to transform labour, waste, yield and OEE performance.
Representing the site with key stakeholders, ensuring that key milestones are communicated effectively and understood.

EXPERIENCE PROFILE – Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be a passionate, pragmatic and engaging manufacturing professional who thrives in a dynamic food manufacturing environment. A highly visible leader with the ability to challenge the norm and exceed day to day operational objectives. You will be able to operate at all levels of the business and keen to integrate to form solid working relationships.
This role would suit an established Operations Manager or Production Leader with a proven track record in people development and management of cross functional team in a complex fast moving environment. Also of interested are talented, progressive, SME/blue-chip Operational leaders from within the food industry
