Junior Database Administrator | Fresh Produce

We are currently helping a leading fresh produce business recruit a Database Administrator to join their well-established team. As a business, they are a leading figure in their sector, aiming to set the standards in the industry, leading the way with their pioneering and forward thinking culture.

As Junior Database Administrator you will work closely with both the businesses IT Manager and Business Analyst assisting with the design and implementation of tables, stored procedures, functions, models, security and jobs within all SQL applications. You will be integral to the planning and development of the database infrastructure, ensuring that all data throughout the business remains consistent, accurate, secure and available to all users.

The successful individual must have knowledge and proficiency in using all features within SQL Server including installing, administering and troubleshooting SQL to resolve any database issues. They must be proficient in querying and modifying data in SQL Server. You must also show knowledge of database design and programming (T-SQL) along with excellent Excel and advanced formulas experience.
