Here you will be leading the menu development strategy and its effective execution across the restaurant estate.

Joining a successful growing brand, you'll be part of an ambitious and talented team taking it to the next level. This company is bucking the trend in its sector; investing in its growth and strengthening the senior team with this key appointment.

Managing the full menu development and launch process you'll work closely with the Development Chefs, Marketing, Procurement and Operations teams to deliver consistently high-quality dishes in every site. This will involve travel to spend time at different sites to understand the challenges they face. You'll spend time with suppliers, sourcing the right products and finding innovative solutions to give the food offer that cutting edge.

You'll need to demonstrate a real love of food, a keen interest in the latest trends and an ability to translate these into commercially successful concepts. This will require you having a background in menu development within a restaurant/food service environment - understanding the operational challenges to drive consistency across the group. You'll need to be able to influence and engage at a senior level across the business, presenting your ideas with credibility and enthusiasm.
