We are working with a leading grower packer of fresh produce into retail customers and foodservice customers. As Technical Manager you will report into the Managing Director and you will take full responsibility for all Technical and Quality areas of the business.

The Job:
First point of contact for customers on quality and technical issues.
Management of due diligence.
Audit Management
Oversee supplier communication
Management of QA team.

The Candidate:
You will currently be an experienced Technical Manager within a fresh produce business.
Proven experience of dealing with retailers and customers.
Experience of managing a team.
Audit knowledge and experience
Flexible approach to work
