An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, growing, branded fmcg business.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a hugely successful International business on the next step of its' journey. They are looking for a UK Procurement Manager to be responsible for all areas of direct and indirect spend across its UK sites.

You'll work closely with the senior management team and European colleagues developing and managing internal and supplier relationships. You'll drive all aspects of commercial negotiations to ensure the best end to end deal for the business at both a site and group level. Given the nature of the business NPD will form a critical part of this role, sourcing new ingredients and packaging concepts to ensure the business is at the forefront of innovation and quality.

Candidates will need to have strong ingredients, packaging and indirect services purchasing experience gained within the food manufacturing industry. Strong negotiation skills are essential as is the ability to manage stakeholder demands in a very fast paced environment. Candidates will need previous people management experience, be experts in building strong commercial relationships both internally and externally.
