This is an exciting opportunity to work for a supplier of high quality artisanal products. As a leader in their field they are experiencing continual growth and are now seeking an accomplished Account Manager who can help them stay ahead of their competitors.
Reporting to the General Manager you’ll be a pivotal member of this vibrant company. Creating strategies which build relationships with targeted customers you’ll be working closely with internal teams to provide innovative product solutions that will achieve sales targets and business opportunities for all parties. You will also be analysing the performance of current business processes, working with internal colleagues such as Purchasing and Finance teams to propose recommendations to increase profitability and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Finally your passion and awareness of food to will come into play as you keep your customers up to date on new products and industry movements, helping to keep their product portfolios in line with new food and consumer trends.
We are looking for a proactive, tenacious and enthusiastic Account Manager professional who has a real passion for food. Previous involvement within the artisan bread industry is essential, a proven track record of successfully developing new business, managing key accounts and providing successful food solutions. As well as outstanding communication skills you must have excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with a natural flair for influencing key decision makers.
