A Quality Manager is required to lead the site quality activities and ensure standards are maintained at all times. The business are a UK leading food manufacturing business.


A leading and fast growing FMCG business with a large site in Merseyside. The business have products known around most households and a committed towards innovation and people.


The Quality Manager will be responsible for day to day quality activities at a large site, ensuring compliance and standards are met at all times. The role will develop and maintain the site quality management systems in order to ensure legal compliance of products and provide systems that meet BRC standards. The role will manage all stock and ensure quality issues are identified and approve all quality related documents. You will lead a team of quality auditors ,providing training and motivation as an excellent people manager. You will ensure that corrective measures and actions are in place as required and investigate root cause and manage the complaints process. Reporting to the Technical Manager you will support as required and report on performance of the quality department.


You will have excellent technical and quality knowledge of a food or drinks manufacturing industry. You will be a QMS Lead auditor - BRC. ISO22000 preferable. You must have a knowledge of HACCP and be qualified to an minimum of intermediate level.


£35-£40K + Benefits
