NPD Manager | Horti | South Lincolnshire
Depending on experience
Working under the direction of the Head of Design, you will represent the business designing and developing added value plant ranges for a leading retail customer and direct mail partners. This is a very creative role, and will suit someone with experience in Product Development / Floristry.
The Job:
Working on development briefs to create product ranges that meet customer requirements and within budget.
Competitor shopping
Attend photo shoots / press shows / events.
Develop and source hardware, packaging etc.
Management of critical paths to meet customer deadlines.
The Candidate:
You will currently be working as a Product Developer / Designer within a horti business.
Have a full driving licence.
Have good creative flair and passion for development.
Keen eye for detail
Experience of presenting to retailers.
