This food manufacturing business have great ambitions and with their brand spanking new site they are growing fast so need a Marketing Manager to really help them push forward with their plans.
You will be a key part of the Commercial Team where you’ll develop, deliver and review annual brand plans in line with the strategic growth objectives, investment priorities and relevant financial targets.
You’ll liaise with the NPD team to propose marketing tools and promotional campaigns that drive value sales and profitability across their core product range. You’ll also work cross functionally to ensure all internal teams understand and support the brand’s objectives whilst building strong relationships and achieve successful product launches that ensure brand integrity and positioning is maintained at all times.
In addition to managing the day to day implementation of the brand strategy, you’ll conduct consumer category and competitor research and analysis, delivering P&L with clear KPIs and taking commercial ownership of key projects to maximise category growth.
We’re looking for a talented Marketing professional with a real passion for food brands, marketing and making things happen. You will have a proven track record of delivering and implementing strategy within a food manufacturing business, managing project launches and increasing product awareness. You will have the commercial awareness to identify potential opportunities for the brand and be able to implement strategic plans to ensure fantastic results. If you have experience within the food to go sector that would be an added bonus.
