The Role
As a seasoned professional, you’ll lead the site’s day-to-day production to ensure the business runs smoothly and delivers top quality products that everyone has grown to love.

As a natural leader you will have a strong presence amongst your team; engaging, developing and empowering them to deliver outstanding performance. With a hands on approach, you will inspire your team to achieve amazing results whilst championing process innovation and excellent customer service. You’ll instil a culture of pride and excellence with open lines of communication at all levels.

In this diverse role, you’ll also be responsible for the sites hygiene, safety and product quality through ensuring their high brand standards are upheld at all time and keeping an excellent track record of regular audits. You’ll also play a key role in the launch of new products, procuring the required ingredients and training staff.

The Person
We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious leader with a proven success within food manufacturing or a production kitchen. You’ll have outstanding people management and leadership skills with a natural flair for engaging, supporting and motivating your team. It is essential that you’re able to demonstrate significant success in driving change within a challenging environment and you’ll have a strong understanding of HACCP.
