Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team, with the management of the marketing and promotional plan

The department is focussing on the growth and retention of customers through multi-channel development

Acting as a brand ambassador, attending trade exhibitions and networking events, developing new business leads

Ensuring listings and sales are optimised as the key account manager for relevant marketplaces and retailers

Utilising insights to propose potential new product listings

Working with the NPD team to develop marketing collateral

Building relationships with trading partners to maximise new customers, brand exposure and sales

Carry out regular in-store and platform reviews to make sure that company products are merchandised effectively

Conduct regular market research on competitors and reporting back to the sales and marketing team

Supporting the sales and marketing manager to review, analyse and report on trading performance on a weekly and monthly basis

Personal Profile

• A recent graduate with a marketing or business degree

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent presentation skills at all levels

• Impeccable attention to detail

• Confident in developing business relationships

• Commercially aware and numerate

• Determined and tenacious
