Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic partners and acting as a first point of contact for them
Focussing on the growth and retention of customers through multi-channel development
Acting as a brand ambassador, attending trade exhibitions and networking events, developing new business leads
Working with stakeholders to efficiently complete the partner onboarding process
Utilising insights to propose potential new product listings
Building relationships with trading partners to maximise new customers, brand exposure and sales
Plan marketing and promotional activity in keeping with trading partners' calendars
Measuring success through order frequency and other analytical measures
Maximising opportunities through merchandising and promotions
Managing channel pricing with the pricing team and finance department taking into account a company-wide view of activity
Working closely with key trading partners, feeding back retail and product requirements
Collaboration with central marketing to forecast sales performance and stock availability
Review, analyse and report on trading performance on a weekly and monthly basis
Personal Profile
• 1-2 years' experience in a marketing or commercial role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills at all levels
• Demonstrable capability of successfully working with internal and external stakeholders
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Confident in developing relationships with external decisions makers
• Commercially aware and numerate
• Determined and tenacious
