Job Details
Coupled with your strong engineering background, your experience with managing and leading a team of engineers will make you the ideal candidate for this position.
In a time of rapid expansion and strong investment, this well established company are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, You will be responsible for leading the team towards continuous improvement whilst ensuring increased productivity.
You will be a motivator and a leader with a proven record of managing mid to large teams of engineers. If you are seeking a new challenge, this could be the role for you! You will be expected to unionise the engineering team and build the profile of the department. You will be implementing strong processes across the site and will work closely with the Chief Engineer to achieve this. You will be tasked with motivating the engineers in order to boost productivity. Training and development of the team will be an essential responsibility within this role.
If you have experience leading engineers within a Food / FMCG or Manufacturing environment and have a proven record of people management, training and development, and achieving targets, I'd like to hear from you!
